Privacy Policy

Maison HD ("we", "us", "our") operates Métrik. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. We take data minimalism seriously — we collect only what is necessary to provide the Service.

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect payment card numbers. Card data is handled exclusively by Monobank Acquiring and never passes through our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Providing, maintaining and improving the Service
Verifying payment and granting access
Sending payment receipts and service notifications
Preventing fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your financial CSV data for any purpose other than generating your personal analysis.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded files: Stored in encrypted cloud storage for the duration of your active subscription and up to 90 days after expiry, then deleted.
Analysis records: Retained for 12 months from generation, then deleted.
Trial records: Retained to enforce the one-trial-per-email policy and for fraud prevention.
Payment records: Retained for 5 years to comply with accounting regulations.
Email address: Retained until you request deletion.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the Service:

Monobank Acquiring (payment processing) — receives your email and payment amount
Resend (email delivery) — receives your email address and receipt content
OpenAI (AI analysis) — receives anonymised dataset content for analysis generation
Google Cloud Storage (file storage) — stores your uploaded files encrypted at rest

All providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed.

5. International Data Transfers

Métrik is operated from Ukraine. If you access the Service from outside Ukraine, your data may be transferred to and processed in Ukraine and in the countries where our service providers operate (USA for OpenAI and Google). By using the Service you consent to these transfers.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your data
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Deletion — request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Portability — receive your analysis outputs in a machine-readable format

7. Cookies

The web application stores your email address in localStorage to remember your session across visits. No tracking cookies or third-party ad cookies are used.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and rate limiting. However, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, please disclose it responsibly to support@maisonhd.co.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
