1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Métrik ("the Service"), operated by Maison HD ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Métrik is a financial intelligence tool for restaurant and café owners. The Service allows you to upload CSV or spreadsheet files containing your financial data and receive AI-generated profit analysis, insights, and recommendations.

3. Free Trial

New users may activate a 7-day free trial of the Service. The trial:

Provides full access to all Service features for 7 days from activation.
Requires only your email address — no payment information is needed.
Is limited to one trial per email address. Trial access cannot be transferred.
Expires automatically after 7 days. No charges occur at trial end — you must actively subscribe to continue.

4. Payment and Access

Paid access to the Service is available at $29 USD per 30-day period. Payment is processed via Monobank Acquiring (USD card transactions).

Each payment grants 30 days of access from the date of payment confirmation.
Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must make a new payment before your access period expires to maintain uninterrupted access.
Pricing may change. Changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
You will receive a payment receipt by email after each successful transaction.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Service (immediate delivery of AI-generated analysis), payments are generally non-refundable once an analysis has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevented use of the Service, contact us within 7 days at support@maisonhd.co. The 7-day free trial is offered specifically so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. By uploading data you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded business data for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload data you do not have the right to share
Attempt to circumvent payment or trial requirements
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Resell or redistribute outputs without permission
Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated output. Decisions based on Métrik outputs are made at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maison HD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
